The
NARROW BELT BLOCK SAWS are full capacity production machines suitable
for any company small or large, with sizes to fit your individual
requirements. Most saws are traveling gantry machines which run on a
fabricated steel track. The saws are designed to be size efficient
requiring a minimum amount of building space while delivering the
maximum amount of cutting capacity. All sizes of saws can be furnished
as stationary units upon request by customer.
All
saws are furnished with a cutting drive motor with the Y-delta reduced
voltage starter, cutting bar, belt, water booster pump, central
lubrication system, a PLC controller with operator interface touch
screen for repeat cutting cycle, and one set of 20 ft. track.
The
Revolutionary DIAMOND BELT QUARRY SAW is the most efficient way of
quarrying blocks of limestone, sandstone, or marble. You can easily turn
ledges over and break blocks loose using airbags after the cuts have
been completed. The Diamond Belt Quarry Saw travels on track sections
that can be purchased in 5 or 10 foot lengths. Leveling jacks are
installed on the track to level the uneven quarry floor and to keep the
saw level while cutting. The rotating saw housing allows the owner to
make cuts on either side of the track to reduce set-up time.
The
STANDISH DOUBLE BAR HORIZONTAL SAW allows the owner to make multiple
cuts quickly and easily in one set-up. This unique saw utilizes 1 1/2
wide diamond belts (2) and 6-3 cutting bars (2) to make horizontal
cuts in the face of a vertical wall. The machine will make a bottom cut
and a mid-wall cut at the same time with a top cut being made during a
reverse pass along the wall.
The
STANDISH MULTI-BLADE SAW is designed for cutting slabs of stone to
various widths to use for veneer, lintels, treads, sills, etc. This
machine greatly increases production because of its ability to make
multiple cuts at one time as opposed to using a single-blade circular
saw. One of our multi-blade saws currently in use has 25 blades making
cuts 2 apart in one pass.
A SINGLE BLADE SAW that allows cuts in stone slabs up to 14.5" thick.
The
STANDISH BLOCK TURNER can rotate stone blocks 90 degrees on the
horizontal axis. This allows a block to be positioned for cutting with
the grain of the stone, or for laying stone slabs in a horizontal
position, and allows the user to take slabs from the saw and lay them
over so they can be loaded onto a truck.
The STANDISH TUMBLER has a 6' diameter, 8' long, and 3/8" steel drum with a capacity of 3 1/2 tons. The drum is powered by a 15 hp motor. It has a hydraulic tilt back and is easily loaded and unloaded. The Standish tumbler has a timed tumble of up to 10 minutes. The Standish tumbler can produce tons of tumbled product per hour from saved or broken material or use it to clean up your yard and turn your scrap into profit. The design of our tumbler allows user to set a pallet of stone into cylinder, rotate one turn, remove pallet, tumble stone as desired, and then dump tumbled stone into box for sorting.
